Roma "Beachbreaker" - 9' 2"

£1,270.00
Sold Out

9’ 2” x 23” x 3” (Nose: 17 3/4” Tail: 14 1/2”)

“We had a board in our head and Adrian Phillips helped pull it out”

Something that retains the traditional feel of a single fin but still capable in some good waves. We can’t all have a quiver of longboards so while we were making a board you might like to take out in head high surf we still needed the beach breaker to feel lively in small surf, still roll from rail to rail and pivot off the tail in 2ft beachie

The balance feels right, the entry is rolled, a little like our mid length single fins and though the rails start tucking under as you move back but they never go to a hard edge

The combination of soft rails and full, wide point forward template make it a user friendly board with lift in the tail doubling as a great platform for big turns and some drag in the smaller stuff to keep you in the pocket as you venture up the board

~

Variety in our single fins is the name of the game, we have a dedicated noserider in the “Amor” and a point break dream in the “Speed Shape One” so the “Beach Breaker” sits in between

It can cover all bases in a one (long) board quiver or compliment your collection of logs.

These boards promote the idea that one fin is better than three and that your “performance” board doesn’t have to be wafter thin and influenced by the modern shortboard!
