“The basic construction is a 5mm core of Western Red Cedar (pre- shaped/tapered) sandwiched between two layers of 1.5mm high quality ply Birch plywood.
With the veneered blanks I remove one of the three laminates from one of the plywood sheets and replace it with the veneer. Which I cut myself.
Some of the bottom profiles are formed by adding cork to the core and shaping before it's vacuum laminated”
